Refund Policy

🕒 1. Return Deadline
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange after the 14 days have passed.

📦 2. Return Conditions
The returned product must be in the following condition:

In original condition

Unused, unwashed

In original packaging

With all accessories (if any)

With receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 3. Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following types of products are not eligible for return:

Underwear and intimate hygiene products

Food and perishable goods

Digital products or downloadable software

Custom orders or personalized products

Gift cards

💸 4. Partial Refund
A partial refund may be granted if:

The product is obviously used

The product is damaged, incomplete or not in its original condition

The packaging is missing

💰 5. Refund Process
After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you by email about the approval or rejection of the refund.

An approved refund will be automatically initiated to the original payment method or the bank account you provided. The refund process usually takes 3-7 business days.

🚚 6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of delivery, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
